四年前に「契約五年制度」っつって、契約社員歴五年以上のスタッフを
全員切ったんだよ。
法律で、正社員にしなきゃいけなくなったから。

それまで、契約が実質五年以上でも、一ヶ月、三ヶ月ごとに
契約更新させてごまかしてたんだけどね。
そん時、五年以上、無能な正社員を支えてたスタッフがごっそり抜けたの。
その穴埋めは、ノウハウないのに金だけ食う外注にしたの。

翌年から五年制度はなくなったよ。人材流出しまくったあとにね。
で、無能な正社員に大金渡して辞めてもらう早期退職制度を打ち出したの。
そしたら、他の会社でも余裕でやってける有能な社員が大金持って
辞めまくったの。
